Types of Cooking Oils? - what is unrefined olive oil
Has anyone used the oil from grape seeds? I usually use canola oil or olive oil, but I'm interested in other varieties to try. I'm looking for something for everyday use every day. So there was nothing too extravagant or $ $.
So, what is unrefined and refined vs? Best guess is good, but it really is?
