Increasing calories after anorexia without gaining uneccesary weight im at a good weight but i dont enough yet? - calories after anorexia

I was in starvation mode Cuz I ate less than 300 calories per day, or about 8 months and between 500-600 calories for about 4 months .... at 19, 5'2 and 100 pounds now .... Only by eating only 500 calories, I gained almost 15 pounds ...... How do I get if I have to be without great food, like everyone, 40,592 calories a day? im scared I'm scared to eat, not again .... How will I breathe again, I think it takes at least 1500 calories to survive ... However, the only thing they have problems with instant messaging a little tired after the workout ... I also work in the gold-gym, so exercise fairly regularly, I do not understand how I was gaining weight ... I am satisfied with my weight, but now I sing afford to go a nutritionist or doctor, etc. .. have no insurance ... Need help?

Ok i feel your pain, but we must also understand how our body. By starving the body, your brain tells your body is a source of food for this decline. So what to do in defense of her body? Everything you eat is the business, and I gained 15 pounds by eating so little of you because you are hungry yourbody automatically saves all the energy. STOP malnutrition or adverse expect will eventually win. Normal to eat, the better we understand your body is hungry to do more.
