What shoes do you wear for Zumba classes? - zumba and shoulder pain
I'll put up some kind of buzz, one or two months (when school is out), and want to know what shoes are best practices for Zumba. I have jazz shoes a few years ago when I hip hop, I can sell these? Or do you need sneakers regularly?
